RETREAT DESCRIPTION:

This IS the most timely, relevant, powerful, and game-changing training event you will participate in this year!

During this time of separation, mistrust, and divisiveness in society – and as we prepare for the upcoming presidential election – it is imperative for leaders to shift how they think, act, and behave to provide the leadership necessary to create unity, trust, and mutual respect in our businesses, communities, and families … even when we have significant differences in our beliefs.

Our personal core values serve as the gateway from strife to success – in life, leadership, and business, when monitored, measured, and managed appropriately.

Our personal core values underpin and influence everything we do … every decision we make, action we take, and behavior we exhibit, whether we are aware of it, or not.

Values can be either positive (motivational) or potentially limiting (fear-based), indicating how healthy or dysfunctional our leadership may be. While our beliefs may divide us or hold us back in our growth, our values unite us and propel us forward in our development.

All the issues and challenges we experience in our lives stem from our personal values. When we experience conflict, resistance, stress, or fear, that is an indication that something is bumping up against our personal values and triggering us. At the same time, our inspirations or aspirations are, in fact, our values pulling us forward.

During The Values Gap Workshop, participants will explore their personal values, identify where they are operating from when making decisions, and recognize how the organizational culture they create directly reflects their values, beliefs, and behaviors.   Every member will receive a Personal Values Assessment (PVA) to complete one week before the workshop. Kristi utilizes the PVA results and additional information gathered from participating members to customize each workshop she delivers to meet the needs and challenges the group is facing in real-time.

Before leaders can successfully lead others and their organizations, they must master leading themselves! This experience will be a transformational experience for leaders in attendance!  In Addition to Actionable Next Steps …

Participants Attending The Values Gap Workshop will:

- Learn how all the results (positive and negative) they are getting in life and business can be tracked by to the values they are living

- Expand their self-awareness and sense of leadership identity

- Recognize the difference between positive and potentially limiting values

- Understand how their personal values influence their decision-making

- Optimize their personal and professional results by living in alignment with their values

- Identify gaps between their personal values and their organization’s values

With so much at stake, let’s get to it!

TESTIMONIAL:

"Kristi Staab's Values workshop has been the most impactful training investment in my career.  The powerful content and the masterful way it is presented has helped bring me into alignment professionally and personally. It has given me confidence when I've lacked and grace when it's deserved.  I have shared the message with my team of leaders at my organization and encourage everyone to immerse themselves into this life transforming workshop."- Melisa Eichbauer
